Please ensure that you are not connected to a VPN or have any other security profiles on your device that may interfere with the activation process. The activation link will not work on a PC or tablet, so make sure you are accessing it from your mobile device with the Westfield AU/NZ app installed.
There are a few other reasons why you may not be able to activate your Digital Gift Card:
- You may have an incompatible device that does not support digital payments.
- You are trying to activate the card outside of Australia (see here).
- Your card may have already been activated.
- You have a bad internet connection and unable to connect to our services.
