In the event of a lost or stolen gift card, it is best you head into one of our Westfield centres as they can reissue a card on the spot (given the necessary information is provided). If you are unable to make it into centre, reach out to the contact our customer support team by submitting a request or calling 1300 790 292 (Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm AEDT).
It is important to remember that any replacement gift card will have the same unused value (at the time of replacement) and expiry date.
Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
For us to assist you with the reissue of a lost or stolen gift card, we require the following information.
- Proof of purchase - This can be the original purchase receipt or the online order confirmation email or a bank statement clearly outlining the transaction amount, date, and location. The last four digits of the card used may be needed to identify the transaction.
Damaged Gift Cards
For us to assist you with the reissue of a damaged gift card, we require the following information.
- The physical card
