Yes, we will keep you updated on each stage of your order. We will send you an email when we receive your order, another when it is confirmed, and one when your order is ready to be picked up or is out for delivery. When your order is delivered or collected we will also confirm this with an email. If you choose delivery, you can expect to receive delivery updates from our delivery partner.
If an item is out of stock or your order cannot be fulfilled, we will send you an email notifying you of this. You will not be charged for the item or any applicable delivery fees.
