If you need to change your number plate, the easiest way to do this is to add your new number plate in the app from the Parking screen, and then remove the old number plate. If you no longer have a vehicle, please contact the Customer Support team by submitting a request using the email address used to create your account, to have this number plate removed from your profile. We will notify you when your request has been completed. You are liable for any fees incurred by a vehicle assigned to your account. |
