If you have received the error after trying to enter the security code and reference number three times, our friendly concierge staff can also help you with the security confirmation before you use your Gift Card. Head to a concierge desk at any Westfield Centre with:
- Your Westfield Gift Card
- Photo ID (Drivers Licence, Proof of Age Card, Passport) with Full Name and Address (matching the address where the card was received)
- Security code email or text message
- Order confirmation email, if available
